Refund policy
RETURNS
Full-priced clothing is eligible for a full refund or store credit 7 days after receipt of delivery. To request a return, please email shopfound@gmail.com with your order number. Once we confirm the return with the customer, the item(s) must be returned to Found at the customer's expense (shipping fee and duties) within 7 of the approval date.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund or store credit: sale items, handbags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories.
Please note that any purchases made with Afterpay, full or partial store credit are FINAL SALE.
Any items returned to Found that fall outside of our return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense or consigned on their behalf.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada) - the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.
The refund will only be processed if the item is in the same condition as it was received and must have original tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after delivery via the original tender.
Found is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.
