Shipping
Online orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10 am-6 pm, Newfoundland time, excluding holidays.
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. All orders will include a tracking number and insurance up to $100 CDN. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Orders that cannot be received (and sent back to Found) for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.
Please note that Found Consignment is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our location to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.
Found Consignment reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars. Please note that estimated shipping times do not account for customs clearance.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes are not included in the sale price and will be added where applicable by law for all Canadian orders. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax. Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes.
Estimated shipping times do not include the customs clearance, and Found is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. In the case of refusal, the recipient will still be liable for shipping fees, taxes and additional customs and duties.
Returns
Only full-priced clothing is eligible for a full refund or store credit 7 days after receipt of delivery (including in-store pickup).
To request a return, please email shopfound@gmail.com with your order number. Once we confirm the return with the customer, the item(s) must be returned to Found at the customer's expense (shipping fee and duties) within 7 of the approval date.
The refund will only be processed if the item is in the same condition as it was received and must have original tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after delivery via the original tender.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund or store credit: sale items, handbags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories.
Please note that any purchases made with Sezzle, full or partial store credit are FINAL SALE.
Any items returned to Found that fall outside of our return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense or consigned on their behalf.
The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost plus any duties and taxes if/when applicable (outside of Canada) - the original shipping cost, duties and taxes (outside of Canada) will not be refunded.
Found is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the return shipment process.
