Hang onto your hats. I’ve got a lot of BIG NEWS to share.
I am delighted to announce that Found is expanding into the townhouse connected to our current store at 1 Waterford Bridge Road. We have a 3-phase plan to integrate our operations into the new space and I wanted to share the scoop with you first.
Starting August 1st, we will be accepting fall consignments at our new intake office at the back door of 3 Waterford Bridge. We are beyond excited to have more space to process your items.
New Space - same process.
Existing consignors can drop items off to us anytime during our intake days at the back door, 3 Waterford Bridge Road. We have even re-configured our parking so it's easy to park out back to bring items in.
Starting August 1st, intake days are:
- Tuesday 11-4
- Wednesday 11-4
- Thursday 11-4
- Saturday 12-3
If you are a new consignor, we would like you to book an appointment so we can go over the consignor agreement with you and get your account set up. You may book online on our website, call the shop at 752-1122 or send us an email to foundappointments@gmail.com.
Existing consignors, we strongly encourage you to drop off items during our office hours, as your items will get processed much faster. No thank-you items will also be picked back up at this office.
No hangers, please. All items need to be cleaned and pre-inspected for wear/damage. Please bring neatly folded items in a recycled shopping bag or laundry tote/rubbermaid tub. We will return these items to you as usual.
Shop Found in Your PJ’s?
As part of Phase 2 of our expansion, we will be launching (at long last) a true shopping website! This should be happening by late August. We finally have the proper space to set up a studio to work from. It's going to be AMAZING. We will also be updating our consignor information including brand lists and a re-structured Consignor’s Agreement. You will review and sign the new agreement once it is implemented at your drop-off. (it will also be online)
As for Phase 3, that’s for early 2024 and will involve a wall being moved. More on that as we get closer. I am so excited I can’t even stand it.
And Introducing…Found’s new Manager!
Finally, I want to let you know that I have hired a manager.
Emily Coffen is now leading the day-to-day shop operations at #1 Waterford Bridge. Emily comes to Found with a ton of retail experience and has a great eye for fashion. She can style like no other. Need outfit advice? Emily is your gal. Vintage is her passion and it's something I feel will add to the Found experience.
As the owner, I am mainly focusing now on getting operations at #3 up and running. There is no way I could possibly do all of this on my own. You will still see my face - just mainly handling intake and working on the online store. I am still consulting on luxury intake and pricing. I am also always an email or call away.
